Main Location

We are physically located in the TownMall of Westminster in Westminster, MD, where we sell state and town themed products, and take orders for the custom items available on this website. Our kiosk is near the theater entrance and food court at the mall.

At the kiosk, we will help you to order custom items using our website. For most products, there are two options for shipping – providing a shipping address for delivery or selecting STORE PICKUP to have the item(s) delivered to the mall. You will receive an email when the item is available for pickup at the mall kiosk.

You can also complete your order online at any time, and if you are local to the area, still have your choice of delivery or mall pickup.

Our Other Locations

We are vendors at local events and markets. “Local” includes some venues in PA and VA, as well as Maryland. We cannot personalize items at some venues.

If you see something at an event and it is out of stock, or you want it personalized, we can assist you in placing the order through our website. We can personalize most items we sell. Feel free to ask!
You can also place the order through our website whenever it is convenient for you.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Personalized merchandise cannot be returned. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is anything wrong with the actual product or the craftsmanship, we will replace it with the same product or a similar one. Similar means the same type of item, not necessarily the same brand.

Merchandise purchased that is not personalized can be returned for a refund within 10 days. The refund will be made in the same manner as the payment was received and may take up to 10 business days to process. Returned items are shipped to us at your expense.
